Terms & Conditions

• Unlimited Wash Club is a recurring subscription. The membership fee for each vehicle will be automatically charged to the payment method on file each month and will continue until the agreement is terminated by either you or Flagstop Car Wash. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Instant Bank Payments, and Stablecoin.

• To help us provide consistent service to all members, please ensure that each vehicle on your membership account has a valid license plate registered.

• License plates should remain associated with the specific vehicles they were originally registered to. For the integrity of our membership system, transferring plates between vehicles or using them on non-enrolled vehicles is not permitted. Violating this policy may result in the cancellation of your membership account. 

• Membership is not valid for vehicles unable to fit on the conveyor or ride through our conveyorized tunnels. All posted disclaimer rules apply to Club member vehicles.

• You have the ability to assign a payment method to a specific vehicle in the Flagstop app. Go to your Garage tab and select your vehicle.

• Payment dates will be billed on the day of the corresponding commencement date. If your plan began on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, your payment date will temporarily shift to an earlier date in months that don’t have those days.

• Your recurring payment date does not change if a payment is processed on a different day. If a payment fails and is later collected on another date, your billing date will remain the original commencement date going forward.

• This program cannot be combined with any other programs, or discounts.

• Flagstop Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason with or without notice.

• Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle.



• Cancellations need to be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge date. Membership plans are non-refundable, including due to account inactivity or lack of use. Annual, semi-annual, and quarterly plans are non-refundable for any reason, and can be transferred to a different vehicle.

To Cancel Or Change Your Membership

• Visit www.flagstopcarwash.com/club-member-cancellation-form to fill out the form online to communicate with Guest Services.

• Call (804) 782-9274 and speak with our Guest Services team.

*Please allow up to two (2) business days for changes and cancellations to be made. Membership plans are non-refundable.
